Located on the main floor of our home, the bar and movie theater are the entertainment areas enjoyed most by family and friends.

The bar is a 15x15ft area with 10ft ceilings and lots of natural light giving a nice airy feel to the space. Plenty of seating, big screen TV and an assortment of multi-game systems allow guests to choose from hundreds of arcade, console and virtual pinball titles.

Bar & Theater

Located next to the bar is our dedicated theater room with main seating for seven and an additional four overflow spots.

All main seats feature power reclining, USB charging for devices and personal tables for food and drinks.

The entire room can be controlled via a tablet or smart phone. The AV system features a reference level 13 speaker Dolby Atmos audio setup and a 4K HDR projector displaying on a Stewart 135” 16:9 screen. Movies and TV shows are stored on a 48 terrabyte NAS media server.

The room features a +/- 7db frequency response curve. The entire room structure is sound proofed and air-gapped from the main house, floating on accoustic isolation feet.
